摘 要:针对通信机柜在抗震测试中常出现柜体倾斜、框架焊接处断裂等不合格的情况,研究机柜底部安装孔位处安装刚度对机柜抗震性能的影响。用Pro/E建立机柜模型,利用HyperWorks对某标准室内通信机柜进行模态分析和结构响应谱分析,模拟安装孔位厚度变化对机柜抗震性能的影响。研究结果表明:安装孔位处局部厚度增大能够使刚度增大,从而提升机柜抗震性能。As to the issue that the telecommunication cabinet can not pass the anti-seismic test,fr example,the cabinet is inclined, the welding place is broken, and so on, the influence of installation stiffness of bottom installation hole on the cabinet anti-seismic performance is studied. The cabinet model is established by Pro/E, and the modal analysis and structure response spectrum analysis on certainstandard indoor telecommunication cabinet are carried out using HyperWorks. The iin thickness at installation hole position on cabinet anti-seismic performance is simulated. The results show that the stiffness can be increased with the increasing of the thickness at the installation holeposition,and the cabinet anti-seismic performance can be improved.
