《针灸甲乙经》中心痛的疗法特点分析

摘　　要：运用数据挖掘方法,通过中医传承辅助系统对《针灸甲乙经》中论述心痛的原文进行检索、统计、分析,结果发现《针灸甲乙经》治疗心痛选穴时,谨遵《黄帝内经》学术思想,采用循经远取的取穴方法,特别是注重特定穴的运用。处方用穴讲究配伍以提高疗效,治疗过程中多采用针法,且辅以放血疗法。By using data mining method,the original text of stating heartache in ZhenJiu JiaYiJing was searched,counted and analyzed through Traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system （TCMISS）,the results showed that acupoints selection for heartache in ZhenJiu JiaYiJing closely followed the academic thinking in HuangDi NeiJing,it adopted the method of corresponding channel distant points selection,especially,emphasized the application of special acupoints.The points in the prescription stressed the compatibility to improve curative effects.During the course,needling method should be used more,and supplemented by blood-letting therapy.
