便血合剂治疗内痔出血62例

摘　　要：目的:观察便血合剂治疗I、Ⅱ期内痔出血的临床疗效。方法:将122例患者随机分为观察组62例、对照组60例。2组均用复方角菜酸酯栓塞肛治疗,观察组同时服用便血合剂,1剂/d。2组均连续治疗7天。观察2组临床疗效、凝血指标及复发情况。结果:总有效率观察组为96.8%,对照组为86.7%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、血小板计数等指标治疗后组内及组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出血消失时间观察组为(3.4±0.87)天,对照组为(5.6±1.44)天,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。复发情况2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:便血合剂治疗I、Ⅱ期内痔出血疗效显著。Objective：To observe curative effects of hematochezia mixture in treating hemorrhage of internal hemorrhoids at the stages Ⅰ and Ⅱ.Methods：All 122 patients were randomized into 62 cases in the observation group and 60 cases in the control group.Both groups received putting titanoreine into the rectum,the observation group took hematochezia mixture,one dose each day.Both groups were treated for seven days consecutively.The relapse rate,blood coagulation index and clinical effects of both groups were observed.Results：Total effective rate of the observation group was 96.8%,higher than 86.7% of the control group,and the difference had statistical meaning （P〈0.05）.The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons ofPT,APTT,TT,FIB and platelet count before and after treating within one group （P 〈0.05）;the difference presented statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after treating （P〈0.05）.Hemorrahage disappearing time of the observation group was （3±0.87） days,shorter than （5.6±1.44） days of the control group,and the difference had statistical meaning （P〈0.05）.There was no statistical meaning in the comparisons of the relapse conditions between both groups （P 〉0.05）.Conclusion：Hematochezia mixture is effective in treating hemorrhage of internal hemorrhoids at the stages Ⅰ and Ⅱ.
