桂枝汤加减在损容性疾病治疗中的应用

摘　　要：桂枝汤出自张仲景所著的《伤寒论》,具有解肌发表、调和营卫的功效,主治外感表虚之证。随着后世医家对桂枝汤的推演发挥,其临床应用范围不断扩大,前人用其治疗皮肤病也不乏先例。笔者就桂枝汤在损容性皮肤病治疗中的应用,及中、西医理论方面进行了探讨。GuiZhi Tang stems from ShangHanLun written by Zhang Zhongjing,which possesses the effects of expelling pathogenic factors from muscles,and relieving the exterior syndrome,keeping Ying and WeiQi in balance,mainly treating exterior-deficiency syndrome due to exogenous pathogens.As the later doctors deduced and developed GuiZhiTang,its clinical application extended,and the predecessors used it to treat the skin disease with many parallels.In the paper,the application of GuiZhi Tang to discosmetic dermatosis,and the theory of TCM and western medicine were discussed.
