摘  要:以菌草杏鲍菇菌糟为试验材料,对其常规营养成分,Ca、P等矿质元素,氨基酸,重金属与黄曲霉毒素含量进行了测定。结果表明,菌草杏鲍菇菌糟营养丰富,富含粗蛋白、粗脂肪、氨基酸、矿质元素等营养成分,其营养价值接近于常见粗饲料甜菜粕的营养成分,高于羊草、干稻草等常见牧草类粗饲料,重金属与黄曲霉毒素含量均在国家饲料卫生标准范围之内,可以替代甜菜粕、稻草、羊草等常见粗饲料在草食动物日粮中应用。In this study, the indexes associated with feed nutritive value ofJuncao spent mushroom (Pleurotus eryngii) substrate, including routine nutrients content, Ca, P and other mineral elements content, amino acid content, heavy metal content, and aflatoxin content were determined. The results showed that the Juncao spent mushroom (Pleurotus eryngii) substrate was rich in nutrition which had abundant crude protein, crude fat, amino acids, mineral elements and other nutritional components. Its nutritional value was similar to that of sugar-beet pulp and was superior to that of Leymus chinensis and rice straw. Its heavy metal content and aflatoxin content meet the requirement of the national standard for hygienic quality of feed. It is indicated that the Juncao spent mushroom (Pleurotus eryngii) substrate has comparable nutritional value to the commonly used roughage and is able to replace them in diets of herbivorous animals.
