摘 要:本研究目的是探讨仿野生栽培灵芝的多糖肽和灵芝酸含量变化,为规范灵芝栽培及产品质量提供依据。本研究采用RP-HPLC测定灵芝酸含量和HPLC-ELSD法测定灵芝多糖肽含量。结果显示:(1)低分子物质(以灵芝酸A+B+C2计):菌蕾0.52%,菌盖0.25%,菌柄0.13%,菌盖比菌柄高48%;(2)多糖肽提取得率比较:菌蕾提取得率为2.12%,菌柄0.70%,菌盖1.23%;(3)含量(以GLPPSQ计)比较:菌蕾1.30%,菌盖0.3%,菌柄0.2%;(4)以上醇溶性灵芝酸和水溶性多肽结果:菌蕾>菌盖>菌柄。上述结果说明仿野生栽培灵芝不同发育期的有效成分提取率和含量都存在明显差异,这对灵芝的合理应用提供一定的科学依据。The objective of the study was to study the dynamic changes of polysaccharide peptides and ganoderic acids in wild-cultivated G. lucidum, which provided the basis for standardization cultivation of G. lucidum and its quality standard. The contents of Ganoderic acids and G. lucidum polysaccharide peptides were determined by RP-HPLC and HPLC-ELSD, respectivly. The results showed: (1) Low molecular weight substance (with Ganoderic acid A+B+C2): 0.52% button, 0.25% cap, 0.13% stipe, cap was 48% higher than that of stipe; (2) Comparison of extraction rate of polysaccharide peptide: 2.12% button, stipe 0.70%, the cap was 1.23%; (3) Content (with GLPPSQ): 1.30% button, 0.3% cap, 0.2% stipe; (4) Alcohol soluble ganoderic acid and water soluble polypeptide results: button 〉cap 〉tipe. In conclusion, the results indicated that there were significant differences in the extraction rates and contents of the effective components in the different development period of the imitated wild-cultivated Ganoderma L., which provided scientific basis for rational application of G. lucidum.
