摘 要:阴阳离子差指的是每千克干物质所含阴阳离子毫摩尔之差。日粮阴阳离子平衡技术可以调节机体酸碱平衡,维持瘤胃内微生物的正常运转,促进机体对矿物质和营养物质的消化吸收与利用,对奶牛的营养物质代谢、生产水平以及奶牛的健康有着重要的作用。适宜的阴阳离子差可以提高奶牛生产性能,促进母牛产后对钙的利用,进而降低围产期母牛发生乳热症等繁殖疾病的可能性。文章综述了日粮阴阳离子差的概念以及阴阳离子差对奶牛生理机能与生产水平的影响。Dietary cation-anion difference is the difference of anion and cation in per kilogram dry matter. The technology of dietary cation-anion balance could manipulate acid-base status of dairy cow, maintaining the function of rumen microorganism and stimulate the intake and use of minerals and nutrition matters. Moreover, it has crucial influence to metabolism, production and health of dairy cow. Suitable cation-anion difference can improve the production performance of dairy cow and increase the utilization of calcium after delivering, therefore decreasing the possibility of milk fever and other perinatal cow breeding disease. This paper mainly reviewed the notion of DCAB and the influence of dietary cation-anion difference in production and physiological function of dairy cow.
