摘　　要：文章对东部、中部和西部地区高等院校心理健康教育现状进行对比研究,为推动心理健康教育在各地区之间的均衡、协调发展提供实证基础。课题组对10405名大学生、491名大学教师和253名教育管理者进行调研。结果表明,与东部地区高等院校相比,西部高等院校心理健康教育在制度落实、课程设置、心理咨询室建设、师资力量和经费支持等方面均较为薄弱;中西部高等院校在网络心理健康教育方面取得较明显的进展。基于高等院校心理健康教育的地区差异,未来应加强东部与中西部地区高等院校之间的交流与借鉴,通过整合各地区的优势资源,切实完善心理健康教育体系。The study conducted an investigation,comparing mental health education in east,middle and west regions and provided empirical evidence for promotion of balanced development of mental health education in different areas. This study was conducted among 10,405 college students,491 teachers,and 253 administrators. The results showed that mental health education of colleges and universities in west areas was weaker than those in east and middle areas. Specifically,the system implementation,course setting,construction of psychological consulting room,faculty,and financial support of colleges and universities were weaker in west area than in east and middle areas. However,colleges and universities in middle and west areas have great promotion in network mental health education in recent years. Based on the regional differences,administers and teachers should strengthen the communication between east,middle and west areas,integrate regional advantages of resources,and effectively perfect mental health system.
