摘　　要：大数据和网络新媒体的发展,给高校思想政治教育提供了丰富资源和新的载体,同时也带来新的挑战;坚持以人为本、促进大学生全面发展的核心价值指向,充分利用大数据和网络新媒体平台实现多种教育资源的协同利用,实现传统话语向网络话语的转换,实现理论教育与社会实践的融合互动,推进高校思想政治教育功能不断拓展,对于增强高校思想政治教育实效性,加强高校思想政治教育具有重要意义。The development of big data and network new media has provided abundant resources and new carriers for college ideological and political education. At the same time,it also has brought new challenges to the development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. In the big date age,it would be helpful and significant to enhance the effectiveness of college ideological and political education and strengthen the ideological and political education in universities,if we could do the following things well. Such as to adhere to the concept of＂people-oriented＂and the value orientation of promoting the comprehensive development of College Students,to utilize various education resources jointly by making full use of big data and network new media platform,to transform traditional discourse to network discourse,to realize the harmonious interaction between theory education and social practice,and to promote continuous expansion of the function of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
