摘　　要：人本化改革思路的核心是以学生为本,关注并理解学生的心理、思想特点,在心理和思想层面寻求学生的一般发展规律,实现个性化教育,在高校思想政治教育中具有明显的重要性。文章通过概述"人本理念"的内涵及侧重点,探讨高校思想政治教育面临的四个主要困境,最终确立高校思想政治教育人文化改革的具体思路,为其今后更好地发展提供理论支撑。The core of humanistic reform ideas is to regard students as the center,understand and pay attention to their psychological and ideological characteristics,seek the general development regulation of the students in the psychological and ideological level,realize the personalized education,which is obviously important in the ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The paper summarizes the connotation of the concept of＂humanistic concept＂,to discuss the four major dilemmas in the ideological and political education,and finally establishes the concrete ideas of ideological and political education and cultural reform,thus providing theoretical support for its better development in the future.
