摘  要:目的分析超声引导经皮微波消融治疗甲状腺结节对患者甲状腺功能变化和并发症的影响。方法选取2013年7月~2016年7月在我院收治的甲状腺结节患者86例作为观察对象,按照数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组患者43例,对照组给予常规手术治疗,治疗组给予超声引导经皮微波消融治疗,然后对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果在甲状腺结节变化方面,治疗组结节最长直径、结节体积及结节体积缩小率显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组TSH、FT3、FT4等甲状腺功能优于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05);治疗组患者的并发症发生率为11.6%,显著低于对照组患者的并发症发生率(37.2%)(P<0.05)。结论超声引导经皮微波消融治疗甲状腺结节效果确切,可显著改善甲状腺功能,降低并发症发生率,值得在临床中优先选择和推广。Objective To explore the effect of thyroid function changes and the complications in thyroid nodules patients after the treatment of ultrasound-guided pereutaneous microwave ablation. Methods 86 cases of thyroid nodules patients in our hospital from July 2013 to July 2016 were selected as research subjects. They were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received conventional surgery treatment, and the treatment group received ultrasound-guided percutaneous microwave ablation. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results In the aspect of changes in thyroid nodules, the longest diameter, the volume and the volume reduction rate of nodule of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group(P〈0.05). The comparison of thyroid functions such as TSH, FT3, FT4 of the control group and the treatment group showed that TSH, FT3, FT4 of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group(P〈0.05). The incidence of complications of the treatment group was 11.6%, significantly lower than that of the control group(37.2%)(P〈0.05). Conclusion The efficacy of ultrasound-guided percutaneous microwave ablation in the treatment of thyroid nodules is definite, and ultrasound-guided percutaneous microwave ablation can improve thyroid functions and reduce the incidence of complications, and it is worthy of clinical prior choice and popularization.
