鄂西体育旅游休闲带SWOT分析及发展战略选择

摘　　要：通过分析鄂西体育旅游发展具有的优势与弱势、机遇与挑战等,探讨鄂西体育旅游发展战略,促进鄂西体育旅游带发展。鄂西体育旅游的优势主要集中在:体育旅游资源优势和区位优势。其弱势集中在:体育旅游资源开发水平不高;鄂西各地经济水平差异较大;缺乏体育旅游专业人才。其机遇集中在:大众参与体育运动意识的觉醒;各级政府政策上的大力支持。其挑战集中在:周边地区体育旅游的兴起带来的竞争;生态保护与开发的矛盾。根据鄂西体育旅游发展面临的这些优势与弱势、机遇与挑战,提出了四大战略:增长型战略(SO战略)、扭转型战略(WO战略)、特色经营型战略(ST战略)、谨慎进入型战略(WT战略)。The paper analyses the advantages and disadvantages,challenges and opportunities of sports tourism in western Hubei province and discusses its development strategy. The advantages of sports tourism in western Hubei province mainly are sports tourism resource and locations. Its disadvantages include low development level,great differences in economic development of different areas in Hubei province,lack of sports tourism talents. Its opportunities are public awareness of sports practice and support from the governments. Its threats mainly come from the competition of the sports tourism of the surrounding areas and conflicts between ecological protection and exploration. The paper proposes four strategies,i.e.,SO stratgey,WO strategy,ST strategy and WT strategy.
