摘　　要：《郁离子》作为刘基学术思想的代表作,它主要是一部政治性的"浙学"经典。刘基化名为"郁离子",在书中阐述自己社会治理的思想,以儒家传统方式向统治者讽谏,以确保封建秩序稳定和长久存在。近百年的刘基思想研究,基本上藉此经典而展开,故而有必要对20世纪以来学界同仁围绕《郁离子》这一"浙学"经典文献而展开的对刘基政治、经济、生态、法律、教育、人才、文学思想研究所取得的学术成果予以总结。Yu Lizi, as a representative works ofLiu Ji, is a classic of Zhejiang school on aspect of policy. Liu Ji named Yu Lizi, illustrates his ideas concerning society management and submit suggestions by traditional ways so as to ensure the feudal order stability and long existence. The research about Liu Ji;s idea is based on it in recent hundred years, therefore, it is necessary to draw a conclusion about academic achievement for Yu Lizi in respects of policy, economy, ecology, law, education, talents and literature since the 194 century.
