金-铜纳米粒子的简易制备及其对亚硝酸盐的电化学传感性能的研究

摘  要:采用电化学沉积–化学置换法制备了金–铜双金属纳米粒子,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能量色散X射线光谱仪(EDX)分析了材料的微观结构与组成。同时,用该材料修饰了玻碳电极,数据显示其对亚硝酸盐具有良好的电催化活性,对亚硝酸钠检测的线性范围在0.5μM到500μM,检出限为0.16μM(S/N=3)。此外,这个修饰电极展现出高灵敏度和选择性,良好的的重现性和长期稳定性,并且易于制备。Copper and gold nanoparticles were prepared via electrochemical deposition and chemical replacement method, they were further analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDX).The composites were modified on glassy carbon electrode. And the experimental results indicated that the composites exhibited a high electrocatalytic activity towards the oxidation of nitrite, it displayed a wide linear range of 0.5–500 μM with a detection limit of 0.16 μM(Signal/Noise=3). Moreover, the electrochemical sensor showed high sensitivity and selectivity,good reproducibility and long-term stability, and it was easy and rapid to prepare.
