摘 要:采用解析法和数值法建模分析了脉冲变压器绕组上的分布电容。根据两种方法的建模条件分析了两种方法的优缺点,得出数值法更接近实际情况,计算结果更精确。绝缘材料和绕组排列情况对分布电容的影响分别进行了分析,得出绝缘材料的介电常数越小,绕组对地电容越小;绕组排列越紧密,匝间电容越大。分析结果可用于指导脉冲变压器的设计。The distribution capacitance of the pulse transformer winding was analyzed by analytic method and numerical method. According to the modeling conditions of the two methods,the merits and demerits were analyzed.The numerical analysis method is more realistic and the calculation results are more accurate. Then,the paper discussed the factors that affect the distribution capacitance and inter-turn capacitance. The results indicate that the smaller the dielectric constant of the insulating material,the smaller the parasitic capacitance between the winding and ground; the closer the winding,the bigger the inter-turn capacitance. The results of the paper can be used to guide the design of the pulse transformer.
