摘　　要：根据机床数控化改造的设计要求,确定将普通C6140车床改造为可以实现进给两坐标联动的半闭环控制系统。其控制系统的硬件电路主要包括:基于80C196KC单片机最小系统电路;由2764和6264芯片组成的存储器扩展电路;由8155构成的报警、数字键盘、显示接口电路;由8255构成的操作面板开关/按钮电路;隔离驱动电路和反馈测量电路等。该系统实现了X轴、Z轴的进给伺服运动控制;键盘显示;面板管理;其他功能(如光隔离电路、驱动电路、报警显示等)。According to the design requirements of machine tool numerical control transformation,the ordinary C6140 lathe is transformed into a semi-closed loop control system which can realize the feed with two coordinate linkage. The hardware circuit of the control system mainly includes： the minimum system circuit based on 80 C196 KC single chip microcomputer,the memory expansion circuit consisting of 2764 and 6264 chips,the alarm,digital keyboard and display interface circuit consisting of 8155,operation panel switch/button circuit consisting of 8255,isolation drive circuit and feedback measuring circuit,etc. The system realizes the feed motion control of the X axis and Z axis,keyboard display,panel management,etc.
