摘　　要：河北省作为奶业大省,加快奶业供给侧结构性改革,提质增效,构建奶业现代化发展体系,对河北省的经济发展、增进人民福祉具有重要意义。目前,河北省奶业还存在着养殖效益低、乳品消费信心不足、质量效益不统一、融资不足、粪污处理技术水平低等发展困境,通过资料查询与分析发现,美国奶业发展注重质量与效益的结合,在科研成果转化和推广、奶业产业链体系建设方面有着很多成功的经验,可作为河北省奶业发展的借鉴。据此,提出针对河北省奶业发展的相关对策建议。Hebei province is a large province of dairy industry, speeding up the supply side structural reform, the quality and efficiency of construction of dairy industry modernization development system, has an important significance to improve people＇s well-being and the economic development of Hebei province. At present, the dairy industry in Hebei province has low breeding efficiency, consumer confidence, quality and efficiency are not unified, lack of inancing, dung sewage treatment in low level of technology development dilemma, through a data query and analysis, the development of dairy industry with emphasis on quality and efficiency, and promote the transformation of scientific esearch achievements, there are a lot of successful experience in the construction of the dairy industry chain system, can be used as the development experience of dairy industry in Hebei province. According to the experience, it put forward relevant countermeasures for the dairy industry development in Hebei province.
