摘 要:电梯层门受外力打开引发的事故,原因涉及人为因素、层门强度与结构等方面,国内外对电梯层门强度的要求不尽相同。文中主要针对国内电梯层门受外力而打开的情况进行了风险评估,在列举了国内预防此类风险的不足后,对国内标准对层门要求较美国标准相对较低的原因进行了分析。在最后提出降低风险的解决方案方面,否定了层门安全保持器在国内执行了必要性,最终提出层门防脱结构是解决国内层门安全问题的理想解决方案,在相关标准中引入层门防脱结构的要求具有一定的必要性。Accidents resulting from landing door of elevator being forced open by external force are attributable to human factors, strength and structure of the door, etc., and the requirements on the strength of door are quite different at home and abroad. The paper takes a risk assessment on the said forcing open matter, and lists deficiencies in domestic efforts in preventing such risks followed by analyzing reasons why requirements on landing door at home is less strict than abroad. The final part of the paper involves measures against risks. Anti-release structure is thought to be the ideal solution to safety problems of landing door in China, and safety barrier is undesirable. The paper further deems it necessary to introduce requirements on anti-release structure for landing door in relevant standards.
