摘  要:根据工程机械车辆动力系统特点和使用燃料特性,为保证车辆在低温环境、严寒环境或自然环境突变的情况下施工作业的可靠安全性,通过研究和试验测试,结合工程机械车辆柴油机运行工况模式,对车辆冷却系统和燃油供给系统进行优化改进,在油箱内部穿入加热管或在油箱底部加装保温散热器,利用热交换原理让柴油机冷却系统产生的热量对油箱进行加热,避免柴油在油管和油箱内凝固,改善柴油低温流动性,保证柴油机正常运行,提高车辆动力性和经济性,减少尾气排放。In accordance with the characteristics of the power system of engineering machinery vehicle and its fuel consumption characteristics, its cooling system and fuel supply system are optimized through research and test based on operating modes of diesel engine to ensure that the vehicle is reliable and safe in the case of sudden changes in low temperature environment, cold environment or natural environment. Specifically, it is required to insert heating pipe through oil tank or install thermal insulation radiator at the bottom of the tank. In a word, the optimization is based on heat exchange principle, i.e., using the heat generated by the cooling system of diesel engine to heat the fuel tank to avoid diesel freezing in tube and tank, further improving fluidity of diesel at low temperature to ensure normal operation of diesel engine, and improving vehicles' power performance and energy economy to reduce emissions.
