摘 要:目的:探讨肌内效贴扎对延迟性肌肉酸痛以及肌肉力量恢复的影响。方法:32名健康男性大学生,年龄20.9±1.3岁,随机分成运动前肌贴组、运动后肌贴组、安慰贴扎组和未贴扎组,每组8人。通过全蹲蛙跳加30次原地负重(10 kg)半蹲跳的离心运动诱发下肢股四头肌延迟性肌肉酸痛,测试受试者在运动前、运动后即刻,以及运动后24 h、48 h、72 h和96 h各时间点的肌肉疼痛和最大等动肌力。结果:延迟性肌肉酸痛建模后,主观疼痛评分的时间与组别交互作用无统计学意义(P>0.05),组别主效应有统计学意义(P<0.01),运动后肌贴组(P<0.05)和运动前肌贴组(P<0.01)的疼痛水平低于未贴扎组,组间差异有统计学意义。压痛阈的时间与组别交互作用有统计学意义(P<0.01),运动后肌贴组在运动后48 h以及运动前肌贴组在运动后24 h、48 h和72 h的时间点上,恢复水平高于未贴扎组(P<0.05)。血清CK水平在组间主效应以及时间和组间交互作用上均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。峰值力矩的时间与组别交互作用有统计学意义(P<0.01),运动前肌贴组峰值力矩在48 h(P<0.05)、72h和96 h(P<0.01)3个时间点上恢复水平高于未贴扎组,运动前肌贴组在72 h和96 h的时间点上与同组基线值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),未贴扎组运动后各时间点均小于基线水平。结论:肌内效贴扎改善DOMS后恢复期的血清CK水平不明显,肌内效贴扎可以减轻DOMS后的肌肉酸痛,并对肌力的恢复有一定的促进作用。Objective:The aim of this study was to determine the effects of kinesio taping on delayed onset muscle soreness(DOMS) and muscle strength recovery. Methods:Thirty-two healthy male college students(20.9±1.3 yr) were assigned randomly in four groups,pre-exercise KT group(N=8),post-exercise KT group(N=8),placebo KT group(N=8) and control group(N=8). Participants performed full-squat leapfrog and 30 times half squatting jump in weight(10 kg) to induce DOMS in quadriceps femoris. Muscle soreness and maximal isokinetic strength were measured in post-exercise,immediately after,24,48,72 and 96 hours post-exercise. Results:The subjective pain score was not statistically significant in the interactive effect of time and group(P0.05) after DOMS,and the main effect of the group were statistically significant(P0.01). The subjective pain score of two KT groups were lower than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P 〈0.05). The muscle tenderness was statistically significant in the interactive effect of time and group(P 〈0.01). The post-hoc analysis indicated that two KT group were higher than control group in 48 h(P 〈0.05),and pre-exercise KT group were higher than control group in 24 h and 72 h. There was no significant difference in serum CK level both the main effect of groups and the interactive effect of time and group(P 〈0.05). The peak torque was statistically significant in the interactive effect of time and group(P 〈0.01). The peak torque in pre-exercise KT group was higher than that of control group at 48 h(P 〈0.05),72 h and 96 h(P 〈0.01). There was no significant difference between 72 h,96 h and baseline in the peak torque of pre-exercise KT group(P 〈0.05). The time points in control group were smaller than the baseline level after exercise. Conclusion:Kinesio taping did not improve the serum CK level during recovery from DOMS.
