摘  要:目的构建新兵班长胜任特征模型,为新兵班长的选拔、培训及考核提供理论依据。方法采用文献分析法、问卷调查法、访谈法、专家评定法获取新兵班长胜任特征条目,编制调查问卷,随机整群抽取700名被试进行调查,通过探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析进行模型的构建及验证。结果新兵班长胜任特征模型由专业能力、领导能力、性格特征、个人特质、工作态度5个维度34个条目构成。结论新兵班长胜任特征模型构建合理,信效度良好,可为新兵班长选拔、培训、考核提供参考依据。Objective To establish the competency model of military recruit monitors so as to provide the theoretical basis for the selection ,training and assessment of the recruits. Methods Through literature analysis, questionnaire survey,interview method and expert evaluation method to obtain the competency of recruits,and compiling questionnaire to investigate the 700 subjects selected randomly cluster extraction,the model was constructed and validated by EFA and CFA. Results The competency model of military recruit monitors is composed of 5 dimensions:professional ability,leadership ability, character trait,personality,work attitude,which are totalled by 34 items. Conclusion The competency model of military recruit monitors is constructed reasonably; and it has good reliability and validity,can provide reference for the selection,training and assessment of military recruits monitors.
