摘 要:为研究不同日粮蛋白质水平添加赖氨酸对梅花鹿仔鹿生长性能及营养物质消化率的影响,选取24头健康的梅花鹿仔鹿,随机分成3组(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ),饲喂3种日粮,即Ⅰ组饲喂17.60%粗蛋白质日粮,Ⅱ组饲喂14.37%粗蛋白质日粮并添加0.3%赖氨酸,Ⅲ组饲喂17.60%粗蛋白质日粮并添加0.3%赖氨酸。在试验开始和结束时对仔鹿进行称重,以测定其生长性能,在试验结束前5天采用部分收粪法收集粪便,以测定其营养物质消化率。结果表明:梅花鹿仔鹿各组增重、平均日增重、饲料转化率均差异不显著(P>0.05);梅花鹿仔鹿干物质消化率Ⅰ组、Ⅲ组差异显著(P<0.05),各组梅花鹿仔鹿粗蛋白质消化率差异显著(P<0.05),Ⅰ组>Ⅲ组>Ⅱ组。粗脂肪消化率Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组、Ⅱ组与Ⅲ组差异显著(P<0.05)。结果显示,在低蛋白日粮中添加赖氨酸对仔鹿增重、平均日增重、饲料转化率无显著影响,说明低蛋白添加赖氨酸代替高蛋白是可行的。Effects of lysine supplementation on growth performance and nutrient digestibility of sika deer at weaning were studied. Twenty four healthy sika deer were randomly divided into 3 groups (groups Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅲ) Animals in different group were fed with 3 different concentrate supplements. Animals in group Ⅰ were fed a concentrate supplement containing17.60% crude protein , in group Ⅱ, a concentrate supplement containing 14.37% crude protein plus 0.3% lysine, and animals in group Ⅲ were fed a concentrate supplement containing 17.60% crude protein plus 0.3% lysine, respectively. In order to measure growth performance, weight of sika deer at weaning was measured at the beginning and end of the experiment. To measure nutrient digestibility, feces of sika deer at weaning were collected with part of the collecting fece method in 5 days before the end of the experiment. There were no significant different of body weight gain, average daily weight gain and feed to gain ratio (P〉0.05) of sika deer at weaning. Dry matter digestibility of sika deer at weaning in group Ⅰ and Ⅲ had significant difference (P〈0.05). The crude protein digestibility of sika deer at weaning had significantly different (P〈0.05), and the animals in the group I were the highest, those in the group Ⅱ were the lowest. The ether extract digestibility of the animals between group Ⅰ and Ⅱ had significant difference (P〈O.05), significant difference (P〈0.05) between group Ⅱ and Ⅲ, and that in group Ⅱ was higher than that in group Ⅲ. There was no effect of designed diet supplement lysine on body weight gain, average daily feed gain and feed to gain ratio. So it was feasible that low protein diet supplement lysine was replaced by high protein.
