摘  要:以锂渣取代部分水泥、再生骨料取代部分天然骨料制备锂渣再生混凝土,研究了锂渣和再生骨料取代率对混凝土体积安定性、流动性及强度的影响。结果表明,当锂渣取代率不高于70%时,混凝土体积安定性良好;掺入适量锂渣可以较大程度提高混凝土流动性及抗压、抗拉强度,当锂渣取代率为20%时,混凝土抗压及抗拉强度最高;再生骨料对混凝土抗压及抗拉强度均有不利影响,当再生骨料取代率为100%时,混凝土抗压强度最大降幅达到28.14%,抗拉强度最大降幅达到25.50%。Based on the experimental study of the lithium slag to replace part of cement, recycled aggregate instead of natural aggregate tO prepare recycled aggregate concrete with lithium slag,the influence of lithium slag and recycled aggregate replacement ratio on the volume stability,fluidity and strength of concrete was studied. The experimental results show that the volume stability of the lithium slag was well when the substitution rate is not higher than 70%. The incorporation of lithium slag amount can greatly improve the fluidity of concrete,and 'can greatly improve the concrete compressive strength and tensile strength. When the lithium slag replace rate is 20%,the concrete compressive strength and tensile strength win the best. Recycled aggregate has an adverse effect on compressive strength and tensile strength of concrete. When the replacement ratio of recycled aggregate is 100%, the maximum decreasing amplitude of concrete compressive strength reaches 28.14%,and the maximum decreasing ampl!tude of tensile strength is 25.50%.
