摘　　要：2016年11月30日,新修订标准JG/T 223《聚羧酸系高性能减水剂》完成审查,正式进入报批环节。为确保新标准的贯彻和推广,对标准修订背景,修订内容进行详细解读,并提出标准未来贯彻落实过程中需要注意的问题。The investigation meeting of new revised standard JG/T 223 finished on November 30 th 2016,and come into the approval stage formally. The background and the contents about revision of JG/T 223 are introduced,and the problems that should be paid attention to in the process of implementing are proposed to insure implementation and promotion of new standard.
