摘 要:降低工艺水中活性烃类含量是工艺水品质控制的关键。研究了用甲苯萃取的方法替代原聚结器脱除工艺水中活性烃类组分的工艺技术。通过对甲苯萃取工艺运行影响因素及条件的分析,论证了工艺水甲苯萃取替代聚结器脱烃的应用可行性。工艺水经甲苯萃取后活性组分烃类如苯乙烯等含量降低至痕量0.1 mg/L以下,水浊度从萃取之前大于1 000 NTU降低至500 NTU以下,水质明显改善,水中聚合结垢物较大程度减少。Reducing the content of active hydrocarbons in process water is the key to process water quality control. In this paper,toluene extraction technologyis used to replace the coalescer technology which was used to remove the active hydrocarbons in process water. Through the analysis of factors and conditions of toluene extraction process,the feasibility of using toluene extraction as a substitute for coalescer in hydrocarbon removal is demonstrated.Using toluene extraction,the content of active hydrocarbons,such as styrene,in process water reduces to a trace amount of 0. 1 mg/L or less,the turbidity of the water reduces from more than 1 000 NTU to below 500 NTU,the water quality is improved significantly,and the polymer scale in water decreases considerably.
