摘  要:为完成中国石油独山子石化分公司"三增两降两优化"的生产策略,1 000 kt/a乙烯装置根据现有工艺条件和实际操作状况,探索与实践8台炉采用3台轻烃加工工况和7台炉采用2.5台轻烃+0.5台石脑油共裂解加工工况运行的模式,使乙烯装置的整体负荷高效、平稳运行在104.5%的生产工况上,在提升乙烯装置产能的同时,降低了综合能耗,确保了乙烯装置生产指标和生产效益。To implement the production strategy of " Three Increases,Two Reductions and Two Optimizations ", Petro China Dushanzi Petrochemical Company explored and practiced the operation model of 3 furnaces for light hydrocarbon cracking and the operation model of 2 furnaces for light hydrocarbon cracking and 1 furnace for the copyrolysis of light hydrocarbon and naphtha based on the existing process conditions and actual operation of the 1. 0 Mt/a ethylene plant,and achieved the efficient and stable operation of the ethylene plant at 104. 5% load. While increasing the production capacity of ethylene plant,the comprehensive energy consumption was reduced,and both the production indicators and production benefit of the ethylene plant were improved.
