摘  要:石脑油裂解生产乙烯的过程中,裂解汽油经过两段加氢和芳烃抽提后副产大量的抽余油。目前抽余油主要用作生产溶剂油,基本未进行提升附加值的利用,部分返回裂解炉作为裂解原料。但由于环烷烃含量较高,导致裂解过程烯烃收率低,并且由于环戊烷和甲基环戊烷的含量较高也不适宜作为重整原料使用。抽余油中C_6烷烃占40%以上,其中含有大量的包括甲基环戊烷和环己烷在内的环烷烃,因此从抽余油中分离出C_6馏分并将甲基环戊烷异构化为环己烷,然后通过精馏得到纯度较高的环己烷将会极大的提高抽余油的利用价值。In the cracking process of naphtha to ethylene,a large amount of by-product raffinate oil is produced after the two-stage hydrogenation of pyrolysis gasoline and the aromatic extraction. At present,raffinate oil is mainly used to produce solvent oil,and its added value is basically not promoted. Part of the raffinate oil returns to cracking furnace as cracking feedstock,but it should not be used as reforming feedstock because of its high naphthene content,which results in low olefin yield during the cracking,and high cyclopentane and methyl cyclopentane contents. More than 40% of the raffinate oil are C_6 paraffins,which contain a lot of naphthenic hydrocarbons including methyl cyclopentane and cyclohexane,so the use value of raffinate oil can be significantly improved by separating C_6 fractions from raffinate oil,isomerizing methyl cyclopentane to cyclohexane and obtaining high purity cyclohexane via distillation.
