摘  要:主要探讨以表面活性剂复配的蒸煮助剂A和B在全竹材DDS蒸煮中的应用效果。结果表明:添加蒸煮助剂A或B均能够大幅降低蒸煮最高温度和目标H因子,并能节约蒸煮用碱1.5%左右、汽耗104 kg·t-1(风干浆)左右。因其温和的蒸煮条件,蒸煮得率提高,成纸物理性能大幅改善,吨浆物耗成本降低30元左右。The application effect of cooking additives A and B compound with surfactants in DDS cooking of whole bamboo was mainly discussed, The results showed that the addition of cooking additives A or B could significantly reduce the maximum cooking temperature and target H-factor, save cooking alkali about 1.5%, and lower steam consumption about 104 kg per air dry ton of bamboo. Because of its moderate cooking conditions, the cooking yield was improved and paper's physical properties was drastically increased, while costs was cut down about 30 yuan per ton of pulp.
