摘 要:研究氧脱木素过程脱木素程度对竹浆本色卫生纸浆料性能的影响。结果表明:竹浆木素的脱除,有利于浆料打浆过程的细纤维化和吸水润胀,木素含量低的浆料更易于打浆;随着浆料卡伯值的降低,纤维平均长度下降,细小纤维含量上升,浆张松厚度和吸水性升高,柔软度和抗张强度下降,当脱木素程度超过50%时,影响更显著。In this paper, the effects of oxygen delignification on properties of pulp for unbleached bamboo tissue paper were studied. "The results showed that the removal of bamboo lignin was beneficial to the fiber swelling and fibrillating in the process of beating, which implied the low content lignin of pulp was apt to beating. With the reduction of Kappa number of the unbleached bamboo pulp, the average fiber length decreased and the content of fines increased, the bulk and water absorption of paper improved, and softness and tensile index declined. When the delignification rate reached more than 50%, the above influence was more prominent.
