摘  要:对曲阜师范大学运动训练专业不同专项学生112名进行FMS功能性测试筛查,并对筛查结果进行统计分析。研究表明:运动训练专业各项目学生的身体功能测试得分14.78,略高于14分的临界值,存在一定的运动损伤风险,以肩、腰、膝、踝关节损伤为主和多维面稳定性较差。篮球、足球项目学生的髋和膝的稳定性不足,踝关节闭合运动链背屈能力受限;羽毛球、乒乓球、排球项目学生的躯干稳定性、肩部灵活性指标较差。短跑学生踝关节的活动度、人体躯干的稳定性以及上肢推举的力量不足。跳跃项目学生得分高于平均水准,但膝踝关节的灵活性、稳定性相对较差,出现动作代偿现象。Have Function movement screen of 112 students of Sports training in Qufu Normal Universitr, and analy- sis the datas. The results show that sports training students'physical function score 14. 78 point, slightly higher than the critical value of 14 points, there are some risk of sports injury, mostly injuries are in shoulder, waist, knee and ankle, dimensional stability is poorer. For basketball, soccer specialty students, the stability of the hip and knee is lower, ankle joint closed kinematic chain dorsiflexion is limited; for Badminton, table tennis, volley- ball specialty students, the index of body stability, shoulder flexibility is poor. For Sprint students the ankle mobility, the stability of the human trunk, and the strength of the upper arm election are lower; jumping specialty stedents have a score above average, Knee and ankle joint flexibility, stability is relatively poor, It is easy to ap- peat- compensatory action.
