摘　　要：目的分析我院2015—2016年麻醉药品的使用情况,为合理用药提供依据。方法对本院2015—2016年麻醉药品的销售金额、用量、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)等药物利用评价指标进行统计分析。结果枸橼酸舒芬太尼注射液的销售金额连续两年居于首位。枸橼酸芬太尼注射液、枸橼酸舒芬太尼注射液和注射用瑞芬太尼的DDDs值位于前三位。芬太尼透皮贴剂、瑞芬太尼和舒芬太尼的DDC值连续两年较高。盐酸羟考酮缓释片也逐渐成为癌症镇痛的主要用药,而盐酸哌替啶注射液的DDDs值较低,已经不作为癌痛治疗的选择。结论本院麻醉药品使用基本合理,医护人员应在遵循合理用药的原则下,实行个体化给药,改善麻醉药品使用中的不合理现象。Objective To investigate the situation of narcotic drugs used in our hospital from 2015 to 2016,so as to provide basis for rational usage of narcotic drugs.Methods The valuation indexes of drug use such as sales amount,dosage,defined daily dose（DDDs）,and daily mean cost（DDC）in our hospital from 2015 to 2016 were analyzed statistically.Results Sales amount of sufentanil citrate injection ranked the list for 2 years.DDDs of fentanyl citrate injection,sufentanil citrate injection and remifentanil hydrochloride for injection ranked the top three.DDC of transdermal fentanyl,remifentanil hydrochloride for injection and sufentanil citrate injection was high for 2 years.Oxycodone hydrochloride sustained release tablets has gradually become the main cancer pain medication,while DDDs of pethidine hydrochloride injection value was low,not as a choice for treatment of cancer pain.Conclusion The using of narcotic drugs in our hospital is essentially reasonable.Doctors should prescribe individualized narcotic analgesic drugs following the guidelines,and improve the narcotic drug use.
