摘　　要：目的:制定瑶药粘手风的质量标准,为该药材资源的开发利用提供科学依据。方法:依据2010年版中国药典一部附录方法对8批瑶药粘手风进行显微、薄层色谱鉴别;对水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分和浸出物含量进行检查。结果:对粘手风药材的性状、显微特征进行了描述;建立了粘手风的薄层鉴别方法,斑点清晰,分离度好;根据8批次粘手风测定结果,确定水分应≤12.0%,总灰分应≤8.0%,浸出物以水为溶剂,热浸法测定,浸出物应≥6.0%。结论:所建标准可用于粘手风药材的质量控制。Objective To provide scientific basis for the utilization and development of the aerial part of Callicarpa longissima （Hemsl.） Merr. By establishing its quality control standard. Methods Microscopic and TLC identification were adopted to carry out the qualitative identification. The mealsurement of inspection items and extractum was according to Chinese Pharmacopeia （2010 edi- tion）. Results Propertics and microscopic characteristics of C. longissima were described. The moisture in the aerial part was lower than 12. 0%, with the total ash content was less than 8.0%, the content of hot water was over 6. 0%. The spots of TLC were clear and well - sparated. Conclusion The quality standard is suitable for the aerial part of C. longissima.
