摘  要:目的:比较产地加工一体化与传统加工黄柏饮片对巨噬细胞的作用差别,探讨产地加工一体化黄柏饮片的优势。方法:分别以不同浓度产地加工一体化和传统加工黄柏饮片的生品及其盐制品药液作用于小鼠巨噬细胞,4 h后加入脂多糖刺激,培养24 h后测定上清液中TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10和NO含量,并观察巨噬细胞对中性红吞噬能力的变化。结果:同剂量各组与传统加工的生黄柏饮片组相比,黄柏盐炙品以及产地加工一体化黄柏组的TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10和NO水平显著性(P<0.05)或极显著性降低(P<0.01),吞噬能力增强。结论:产地加工一体化黄柏饮片能明显降低炎症因子水平,增加巨噬细胞对中性红的吞噬能力。Objective Comparing the effect of origin processing integration and traditional Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex on macro- phages, discuss the advantages of integrated processing of Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex. Methods The origin processing integration and traditional Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex and its processed with salt, we added them with different concentrations in the macrophages cells culture fluid, and then LPS was added after 4 hours, the contents of TNF - α, IL -6, IL - 10 and NO in the supernatant were measured after culture of 24 hours, and observed the phagocytosis of macrophages to neutral red. Results The same dose groups compared with the traditional Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex group, the levels of TNF -c~, IL -6, IL - 10 and NO were significantly decreased ( P 〈 0. 05) or extremely significant decreased (P 〈 O. 01 ) in the Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex processed with salt and origin processing integration of Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex and enhanced phagocytosis. Conclusion The integrated processing of Phel- lodendri Chinensis Cortex can significantly reduce the level of inflammatory factors and increase the phagocytic ability of macrophages to neutral red.
