摘 要:目的:研究枸杞提取物对氧嗪酸钾联合酵母膏致慢性高尿酸血症小鼠的尿酸(Uric Acid,UA)代谢及黄嘌呤氧化酶(Xanthine Oxidase,XOD)活性的影响。方法:KM小鼠予枸杞提取物(10、5、2.5 g/kg)预防给药1周,后边造模边给药3周,给药4周后检测各组小鼠血清UA、XOD活性、TNF-α及IL-1β水平并进行肾组织病理学检查。结果:与模型组相比,枸杞提取物高、中剂量组小鼠血清UA水平、XOD活性、TNF-α及IL-1β水平明显降低(P<0.05)。肾小球萎缩情况有明显好转。结论:枸杞提取物对氧嗪酸钾联合酵母膏建立的慢性高尿酸血症模型有一定疗效且高剂量与别嘌醇作用相当,其作用机制可能与抑制炎症因子TNF-α、IL-1β有关。ObjectiveTo investigate the influence of the Chinese wolfberry extract on the metabolism of uric acid (UA) and the activity of xanthine oxidase (XOD) in mice with chronic hyperuricemia induced by combination of oteracil potassium and yeast extract. Methods Mices (KM) were prevented with Chinese wolfberry extract ( 10, 5, 2. 5 g/kg) for one week. Then the mites were built the model for three weeks while were given medicine. After fourweeks of administration, serum UA levels, the activities of XOD, TNF - α levels and IL - 1β levels of mice were measured and the histological analysis of mices' kidney tissues were examined. Results Compared with the model group, the serum UA levels, XOD activity, TNF -α levels and IL - 1 β levels of high and medial group mice were significantly reduced ( P 〈 0.05 ). The situation of glomerulus atrophy was remarkably better. Conclusion The Chinese wolfberry extract exerted certain curative effect on mice with chronic hyperurieemia induced by combination of oteracil potassium and yeast extract and high dose of the wolfberry extract was comparative to the positive medicine Allopurinol in curative effect. The possible mechanism is related with the reduction of inflammatory factors of TNF - α and IL - 1β.
