从“土得木而达”浅析香砂六君子汤加减治疗胃痞

摘　　要："胃痞"即《黄帝内经》所言之"痞满",对于胃痞的治疗临床多采用健脾益气的方法,方用香砂六君子汤加减。临证时辨证论治,以"土得木而达"为理论指导,运用香砂六君子汤加减治疗胃痞病疗效颇佳,并举临床验案以论之。Stomach ruffian is distention and fullness in the Huangdi Neijing. For the treatment of Stomach flatulence syndrome, the method of strengthening spleen and Supplementing Qi is adopted in clinical practice, usually using Xiangshaliujunzi decoction. Re- garding tudemuerda as the theoretical guidance through the theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment, the author used Xiangsha- liujunzi decoction for treating gastric allergies, achieving remarkable clinical effect, and some clinical trials are listed as arguments.
