摘  要:酒钢尾矿资源量大,铁品位高,且含有伴生有用矿物重晶石,具有较高的回收利用价值,为回收尾矿中铁和重晶石,对酒钢现场尾矿性质分析的基础上进行了综合回收试验。结果表明,酒钢现场尾矿经中磁—强磁选预富集工艺可以预先抛除产率41.94%的废石,预富集精矿经还原焙烧—磨矿—磁选—反浮选工艺选别后,能够获得铁品位59.02%、总铁回收率51.26%的铁精矿,可作为合格产品用于高炉冶炼;混合尾矿以AXP为捕收剂,水玻璃为抑制剂,经1粗5精,中矿顺序返回浮选流程,获得了Ba O含量61.80%的合格重晶石粉产品。试验结果可以为酒钢尾矿的资源化利用提供参考。JISCO has large amounts of tailings,which has characteristics of high iron grade and contains associated min-eral barite. It is valuable secondary resource to recycle. On the basis of analysis on tailings in JISCO,comprehensive recovery test was carried out in order to recovery iron and barite in the tailings. The results show that waste rock with yield of 41. 94%can be pre-disposed by the pre-enrichment process of mid-intensity magnetic separation-high intensity magnetic separation on tailings of JISCO. Iron concentrates with iron grade of 59. 02% and total iron recovery of 51. 26% can be obtained via reduc-tion roasting-grinding-magnetic separation-reverse flotation process on pre-enrichment concentrate,and the iron concentrate can be used as qualified products for blast furnace smelting. Mixed tailings using AXP as a collector,sodium silicate as inhibitor, via one roughing five cleaning,middings back to the flowsheet in turn process,qualified barite powder products with 61. 80%BaO can be obtained. The test results can provide reference for resource utilization of JISCO tailings.
