摘  要:为了提高船舶设计过程中舱室建模的效率,提出了一种基于CAD(计算机辅助设计)模型的舱室识别算法.利用图形学中的面和半边结构,建立了全船水密板架面的相邻、相交关系,并提出了边界面优先搜索原则,实现对全船封闭舱室空间边界面的自动识别;另外,通过建立外壳结构的包容盒,实现了对指向void空间的边界面分组的剔除.在NX11.0平台上以C++语言对算法进行编程实现,并以多种实际船舶模型为例做测试.测试结果表明:该算法可以简化舱室建模流程,明显提高舱室建模效率,在船艏、船艉等曲面较复杂的区域也能保持很高的识别准确性,并且该算法创建出来的舱室实体均为最小封闭实体.In order to improve the efficiency of compartment modeling in ship design process,a compartment recognition algorithm based on computer aided design(CAD)model was proposed.By using the face and half edge structure in the graphics,the adjacent and intersecting relations of the faces in watertight panels of whole ship were established.And the first search principle of boundary faces was put forward to realize the automatic recognition of the boundary faces of the closed compartment spaces of whole ship.In addition,by constructing a bounding box for shell structures,the boundary faces group pointing to the void space was eliminated.Besides,in the NX11.0 platform,the algorithm was programmed in C++language,and tested with a variety of actual ship models.The result shows that the algorithm can significantly improve the efficiency of compartment modeling,and can also maintain high recognition accuracy in the complex areas such as ship bow and stern.Moreover,the cabin entities created by the algorithm are minimal closed entities.
