摘 要:为预防冻结孔导水通道诱发矿井水害,基于冻结孔致灾机理及涌水特征的深入研究,归纳总结了冻结孔诱发水害类型,即井壁渗(淋)水型、井筒辅助构筑物高压大流量涌水型及工作面涌水激增型。在此基础上,提出了冻结孔隐蔽致灾通道井筒内预注浆治理技术,包括最佳注浆治理区段确定、冻结孔探查及空间定位、注浆方案设计与动态调整、活动式工作平台设计与构筑、施工参数动态调整及注浆效果检验等关键步骤。依托营盘壕煤矿副井冻结孔环形空间预注浆治理工程,该技术获得成功应用并取得理想的注浆封堵效果,且在治理工期及成本控制上具有较大优势,对我国西部矿区类似工程具有一定的参考价值。In order to avoid water disaster caused by freezing hole water channels, on the basis of water gushing mechauism and intensive study of characteristics, the water hazards types induced by freezing holes were summarized:water seepage along the shaft, high prcssure water and mud inrush in tunnels connected to the shaft and increase of water inflow in working fac, es. Then a new pre-grouliHg technology treating the covert disaster-inducing channels in shaft was put forward on this basis, including determination of the optimal grouling area, exportation and position of freezing holes, design and dynamic adjustment of grouting scheme, establishment of the active working platform, dynamic adjustment of construction parameters, and checking grouting effect. Relied on pre-grouting treatment project of anmular space of auxiliary shaft in Yingpanhao Coal Mine, the technology has been successfully implemented and the good grouting cffect was ob- tained. Otherwise, treatment technology has significant advantages in monitoring the time and cost, which has evident refercncc value for comparable projects in western mining area of China.
