摘 要:为了降低煤尘对矿井的危害,加强对煤尘的治理,利用压入式通风机通风实验的方法,在矿井通风仿真模拟系统中进行了5组通风除尘实验,通过对实验现象和数据进行分析,研究了特定风速情况下煤尘的运移规律。研究结果表明,通风除尘并不能完全排除煤尘,只能排除少部分的煤尘,80%以上的煤尘会成为落尘,在矿井巷道里堆积。因此要重点控制落尘,采取综合除尘方法,防止二次扬尘。煤尘在随风流运移的过程中,受巷道拐角壁面的阻留作用明显,在采煤工作面上隅角附近容易堆积煤尘,要对此区域的煤尘加强控制。In order to reduce the harm of coal dust to coal mine,strengthen the management of coal dust,using the method of the forced ventilator ventilation experiment,we conducted five groups of ventilation and dust removal experiment in mine ventilation simulation system.Based on the experimental phenomenon and data analysis,we studied migration of coal dust under the condition of the specific speed.The results show that ventilation and dust removal can not completely eliminate coal dust,and only a small amount of coal dust can be excluded.More than 80% of the coal dust will become dust fall and accumulate in the mine roadway.Therefore,we should focus on controlling dust fall,and adopt comprehensive dust removal methods to prevent the secondary blowing dust.In the process of moving with the airflow,the coal dust is obviously blocked by the corner wall of the roadway.It is easy to accumulate coal dust near the upper corner of the coal mining face,and the coal dust in this area should be strengthened.
