摘　　要：在深入分析创新文化内涵及其与创新驱动发展关系基础上,客观审视福建培育创新文化的传统资源和实践经验及其短板,从观念培育、制度创新、环境优化、人才文化建设等方面,提出培育创新文化引领支撑福建创新驱动发展的思路与策略。对于福建全面实施创新驱动发展战略,建设创新型省份,实现全面建成小康社会目标具有重要意义。On the basis of deeply analyzing the connotation of innovative culture and its relationship with innovation-driven development,this paper objectively examines Fujian＇s traditional resources for cultivating innovative culture,and the advantages and shortcomings of Fujian innovative culture. The ideas and strategies of cultivating innovative culture to support the development of innovation-driven development in Fujian are put forward from the aspects of concept cultivation,system innovation,environment optimization and talent culture construction. It is of great significance for Fujian to implement the innovation-driven development strategy in an all-round way,to build an innovative province and to achieve the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way.
