摘　　要：2016年,高校图书馆的总文献资源购置费继续增加,但纸质资源购置费持续减少,电子资源购置费继续增长。高校图书馆馆舍面积扩大,研究生学历馆员的比例持续升高,数字化设施建设也迈上新台阶,但馆际数字化建设水平差距较大。高校图书馆的文献传递量在继续增长。高校图工委积极贯彻落实《普通高校图书馆规程》,引导高校图书馆制定"十三五规划",出版了《高校图书馆发展蓝皮书》,并开展了系列活动。中国图书馆学会高等学校图书馆分会密切配合高校图工委的工作,举办了高校图书馆发展论坛,新任馆长培训班等活动。CALIS稳步转型,积极探索可持续发展路径,完善与创新图书馆业务环境与服务平台。CASHL的资源建设保持平稳,文献服务覆盖范围进一步扩大,运营服务体系更为完善。In the year of 2016, the total expenditure of document resources acquisition continued to increase, but the expenditure of paper document resources continued to decline. Nevertheless, the expenditure of electronic document resources kept a growing tendency. The academic library space is expanded than that of 2015. The proportion of the postgraduate librarians continued to be enlarged, and the digitized facilities stepped up to a new level, yet there was a big gap in the level of informatization and digitization among aca- demic libraries. The amount of document delivery in academic libraries kept growing tendency too. The Steering Committee for Aca- demic Libraries of China not only actively implemented the rules and regulations on libraries in institutions of higher education and guided the academic libraries to make the 13th five -year plan, but also published Academic Libraries＂ Development Blue Book and launched series of seminars. Society for Academic Library, Library Society for China closely cooperated with the Committee to work. They organized Academic Library Development Forum, new curator training courses and so on. CALLS steadily promoted its self - transformation and explored sustainable development path, continued to improve and innovate operational environment and service plat- form for libraries. CASHL~ resources development remained stable, and their coverage of literature services expanded to further range with perfect operation and service system.
