摘 要:以不同Mw(重均相对分子质量)的PEG(聚乙二醇)为软段,BDO(1,4-丁二醇)、TMP(三羟甲基丙烷)和TDI(甲苯二异氰酸酯)或MDI(二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯)为硬段,合成了不同类型的胶粘剂。研究结果表明:随着PEG之Mw的增加,TDI和MDI系列胶粘剂的黏度、断裂伸长率和热稳定性提高,而储存稳定性下降;TDI系列胶粘剂的储存稳定性和断裂伸长率优于MID系列,并且前者的储存时间超过180 d;MDI系列胶粘剂的剥离强度、拉伸强度和热稳定性相对更好,当Mw为1 000时,其剥离强度(160 N)和拉伸强度(18.4 MPa)相对最大。When PEG(polyethylene glycol)with different Mw(weight average molecular weight)was used assoft segment,BDO(1,4-butanediol),TMP(trimethylolpropane),and TDI(toluene diisocyanate) orMDI(diphenylmethane diisocyanate) were used as hard segments,the adhesives with different types weresynthesized. The research results showed that the viscosities,elongation at break and thermostability of TDI seriesand MDI series adhesives were increased but storage stabilities were decreased with increasing PEG's Mw. Thestorage stability and elongation at break of TDI series adhesives were better than those of MDI series adhesives,andthe storage time of the former was more than 180 d. The peeling strength,tensile strength and thermostability ofMDI series adhesives were relatively better,and their peeling strength(160 N)and tensile strength(18.4 MPa)were relatively maximum when Mwwas 1 000.
