摘  要:以MA(丙烯酸甲酯)和VAc(醋酸乙烯酯)为原料、DHPA(1,2-二羟基-3-丙烯酸钠)为亲水扩链剂,采用预乳化半连续乳液聚合法合成了一种水性复膜胶。研究结果表明:随着VAc含量的不断增加,复膜胶的持粘力、黏度和乳液粒径均随之增大,剥离强度呈先升后降态势。当w(VAc)=20%、w(DHPA)=4%[均相对于聚丙烯酸甲酯(PMAC)质量而言]时,该复膜胶的黏度为27 m Pa·s、剥离强度为2.7 N/15 mm、初粘力为16(球号)且持粘力为54 h,并且该复膜胶在热失重15%时的热分解温度、玻璃化转变温度分别为240、-26.2℃。With MA(methyl acrylate)and VAc(vinyl acetate)as raw materials,DHPA(1,2-dihydroxy-3-sodiumacrylate)as hydrophilic chain extender,an aqueous laminating adhesive was prepared by pre-emulsifying semi-continuous emulsion polymerization. The research results showed that the holding tack,viscosity,and emulsionparticle size were increased,but peeling strength had the trend of rise-fall with increasing VAc content. Theviscosity of laminating adhesive was 27 m Pa · s,peeling strength was 2.7 N/15 mm,initial tack was 16(ballnumber),and holding tack was 54 h,and its thermal decomposition temperature and glass transition temperature at15% thermal weightlessness were 240 ℃ and-26.2 ℃ respectively when mass fractions of VAc and DHPA were20% and 4% respectively in polymethyl acrylate(PMAC).
