摘  要:利用高低温交变环境试验箱,在-20℃~50℃环境下开展了模塑聚苯乙烯泡沫板(EPS)、挤塑聚苯乙烯泡沫板(XPS)和聚异氰酸酯改性硬质聚氨酯泡沫(PIRPU)等三种典型聚合物基保温材料的高低温交变老化试验。利用离子色谱仪和扫描电镜分析了高低温交变老化后三种材料中阻燃元素含量和结构形貌的变化,发现随老化试验时间的延长,阻燃剂含量会持续降低,材料的泡沫结构基本维持不变。利用氧指数仪和锥形量热仪研究了老化后三种材料的燃烧性能,XPS的燃烧性能均随老化试验的进行而明显降低,EPS的热释放速率峰值明显增大,PIRPU的燃烧性能几乎没有变化。The high-low temperature cycle aging experiments of typical polymer-based thermal insulation materials including expanded polystyrene foam( EPS),extruded polystyrene foam( XPS) and polyisocyanate-polyurethane foam( PIRPU) were carried out with -20℃ to 50℃ cycle in high-low temperature aging chamber,respectively.The flame retardant elements content of the materials after high-low temperature cycle aging decrease with the increase of aging test time while the foam structure of the materials are unchanged,which were analyzed by ion chromatography and scanning electron microscope. The combustion properties of the materials after high-low temperature cycle aging were investigated by oxygen index and cone calorimeter,the results show that the combustion properties of XPS decrease obviously,the peak values of heat release of EPS increase and high-low temperature cycle aging has few effect on the combustion properties of PIRPU.
