摘 要:研究了不同高分子树脂对硅灰石填充的聚丙烯复合材料的耐刮擦性能的影响。结果表明:材料抵抗刮擦负荷发白的能力以及△L值与材料的强度、刚性和表面硬度密切相关,材料的强度、刚性和表面硬度越大,承载负荷越大,△L值越小。划痕宽度和△L值基本呈正比变化关系,加入尼龙6、增容剂PP-g-MAH可以进一步降低划痕宽度和△L值,而POE比LLDPE更加降低了材料的耐刮擦性。Different polymer resin on the effect of the scratch resistance of polypropylene composites filled with wollastonite were studied. The results showed that the scratch load resistance and Delta L value of material were closely related to strength,rigidity and surface hardness of material. The strength,rigidity and the surface hardness of the material increases,the greater the bearing load,the smaller the value of Delta L. The scratch width was proportional to the Delta L value. The scratch width and Delta L value will further reduce with the adding of nylon6 or PP-g-MAH. However,the adding of POE will further reduce the scratch resistance of material than the adding of LLDPE.
