张锡纯下法用药经验探析

摘　　要：张锡纯运用下法的用药特色鲜明,辨证论治,根据患者全身综合情况选择药物。如对于脾胃虚弱之人,不妄用大黄、芒硝等峻下之药,选择不伤正气之赭石;对于体虚兼夹外感热邪,不以承气为事,而重用生石膏合党参以润下;对于肠结危重症,不妄自重用无效之大黄,仅加服甘遂二、三钱,则通下立竿见影;且不仅仅局限于内服法,开创性地运用"葱白熨法"。ZHANG Xichun applied purgative method with distinctive characteristics and differentiated syndromes based on patients＇ overall conditions.For example,using Haematitum（Zheshi） rather than Rhei radix et rhizoma（Dahuang） or Na trii sulfas（Mangxiao） for the patients with deficient spleen and stomach,using Gypsum fibrosum（Shigao） with Codonopsis radix（Dangshen） than Chengqi decoction for patients with qi deficiency combined with heat pathogen,using 2 to 3 Qian of Kansui radix（Gansui） to cure critical intestinal disease other than Rhei radix et rhizoma（Dahuang） with good effects,using the method of ironing with scallion stalk on the stomach to attain purgation,not limited by oral administration.
