摘  要:目的 :研究罗勒多糖与顺铂、盐酸吡柔比星和氟尿嘧啶三种化疗药物合用对不同组织来源的肿瘤细胞株的生长抑制作用,以期明确罗勒多糖对化疗药物抑瘤增效适用范围。方法:体外培养人肺腺癌A549细胞株、人喉癌Hep-2细胞株和人胃癌SGC-7901细胞株,采用MTT法测定罗勒多糖对顺铂、盐酸吡柔比星和氟尿嘧啶抑制上述肿瘤细胞生长的增效作用。结果:罗勒多糖联合顺铂、盐酸吡柔比星和氟尿嘧啶共同作用48 h可明显提高三种化疗药物对A549细胞、Hep-2细胞和SGC-7901细胞的生长抑制作用,且其作用具有一定的剂量依赖性。结论:罗勒多糖对多种化疗药物抑制不同组织来源的肿瘤细胞株的生长具有增效作用,提示罗勒多糖对化疗药物抑瘤增效具有广泛适用性。罗勒多糖是一种潜在的化疗增效药物,也可以作为化疗辅助的功能食品开发应用。Objective:To study the growth inhibition of basil polysaccharide with cisplatin,pirarubicin hydrochloride or fluorouracil on tumor cells derived from different tissues by which to explore the broader potential use of it with chemotherapy drugs.Methods:Human lung adenocarcinoma cell line A549,laryngeal carcinoma cell line Hep-2 and gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901 were cultured in vitro and MTT method was used to determine the synergistic effect of basil polysaccharide with cisplatin,pirarubicin hydrochloride or fluorouracil on the growth inhibition of tumor cells.Results:After 48 hours of incubation of basil polysaccharide combined with cisplatin,pirarubicin hydrochloride or fluorouracil on several cell lines,MTT assay showed that basil polysaccharide significantly improved the inhibitory effects of various chemotherapeutic drugs on A549 cells,Hep-2 cells and SGC-7901 cells,and the efficiency was dose-dependent.Conclusion:Basil polysaccharide has a synergistic effect with chemotherapeutic agents on the growth inhibition of tumor cells derived from different tissues,suggesting that basil polysaccharide has a broad applicability in tumor suppression.Based on the results,we believe that basil polysaccharide is a potential chemotherapeutic agent and may be used as the functional food for cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.
