摘 要:为丰富福建沿海造林树种,在温室大棚以林投2年生苗木为对象,采用二次回归通用旋转组合试验设计进行苗木盐分和水分双重胁迫试验。建立以生长量为目标函数的数学模型,依据回归方程判断干旱胁迫为主要因子,盐胁迫为次要因子;从受害表象特征来看,试验中高胁迫水平下,仅部分叶片受害,没有出现死亡的现象,说明林投具有很强的耐旱和耐盐性。综合分析结果表明,林投耐盐阈值为3.80%,耐旱时间阈值为41 d。In order to enrich the Fujian coastal plantation tree species,the double stress experiment of drought and salt on two years seedlings of Pandanus tectorius were carried out by using quadratic general rotation design in the greenhouse,a mathematical model with the objective function of growth was established,according to the regression equation,drought stress was the main factor,and salt stress was the secondary factor.Based on the characteristics of the damage,only some of the leaves were injured under the highest stress level,and there was no death phenomenon.The results showed that Pandanus tectorius had a strong drought and salt tolerance,the threshold value of salt tolerance was 3.80%,and the threshold value of drought tolerance time was 41 days.
