摘  要:以人参根源愈伤组织为受体,对人参根系分泌物中11种酸性物质进行了统一的化感活性对比,并进一步对其中活性最强的6种物质进行互作效应分析。结果表明:己二酸、乳酸分别是抑制、促进活性最强的物质其RI分别为-0.73,0.61;乳酸与其余化感物质互作效应是拮抗为主,即二者混合后均表现为原有活性降低,其中乳酸与油酸互作比例为1∶100时,拮抗活性最强,与苯甲酸互作比例为100∶1时,拮抗活性最弱。这说明人参根系分泌物对后茬人参生长具有显著的化感活性。Taking ginseng root callus as receptors, 11 kinds of acid of the secretion of ginseng root were taken into a unified allelopathic activity comparison, and interaction effect of 6 kinds of sub- stances with the strongest allelopathic activity was further analyzed. The results showed that adipic acid and lactic acid were respectively the activity of suppression, promotion of the strongest sub- stances ,with the RI value - 0.73, 0.61 ;the interaction effect of lactic acid with the rest of the allel- ochemicals was mainly antagonism, named after the mixure of the two, the original activity was re- duced, with the lactic acid and oleic acid for the proportion of 1 : 100, showing the strongest antag- onistic activity, with benzoic acid as a ratio of 100 : 1, the weakest antagonist activity. The effects of ginseng root secretion on succeeding crop ginseng growth showed significant allelopathic activity.
