摘 要:研究白屈菜(地上部分和地下部分)生育期内主要活性成分动态变化规律,为确定适宜采收期及品质评价提供理论依据。采用HPLC测定白屈菜生育期内地上、地下部分6种生物碱(原阿片碱、白屈菜碱、黄连碱、血根碱、小檗碱、白屈菜红碱)的含量。白屈菜的地上、地下部分在一年的生长周期内,各单体生物碱含量的变化规律不同,除了黄连碱外,其他生物碱的含量地下部分均高于地上部分。白屈菜地上部分最适宜采收期为盛花期后,种子逐渐成熟的7月份;地下部分适宜采收时期为茎叶枯萎后的10月份。This paper aims to clarify the active constitutes in different parts of Chelidonium majus L. in one-year growth cycle and analyze their dynamic variation law in order to provide theoretical basis for suitable harvest time determination and quality appraisal of Chelidonium majus L. This study de- tected the contents of six alkaloids (protopine, chelidonine, sanguinarine, chelerythrine, berberine and coptisine) from different parts of Chelidonium majus L. by HPLC. Different parts of six alkaloids had different dynamic accumulations in one-year growth cycle, except coptisine, and the content of the five alkaloids in the aboveground part was almost higher than that in the underground part. All parts of Chelidonium majus L. are the reasonable collecting parts of raw materials with medicinal quality. The suitable harvest time for the aboveground part is seed ripening period in July, after full- bloom stage, and the suitable harvest time for the underground part is in October when stem is with- ered.
